Broadcom now officially a U.S. company

Friday, April 06, 2018

Broadcom corporate headquarters are already located in San Jose, Calif., but it will relocate its legal address from Singapore to Delaware once shareholders approve the move.

“With this commitment, more than $20 billion in annual revenue will come back to our cities, towns and the American workers,” Trump said.

The President has touted a “buy American and hire American” philosophy since becoming a politician.

But as a businessman, Trump outsourced the manufacturing of his products to other countries.

“From this base here in the United States, each year we will invest over $3 billion a year in research and engineering and another $6 billion a year in manufacturing, creating high paying tech jobs,” Tan said.
