With a simple push button the SP3000-DDR tester will quickly auto-identify and tell you the Memory size, clock frequency, speed, Registered or Unbuffered memory module. It will even allow you to read and program SPD EEPROM on DDR-SDRAM module.

The new “SP3000 DDR-533” adapter series tester provides added capability for testing the PC1600/ PC2100/PC2700/PC3200/PC3500/PC3700/PC4000 & PC4200 DDR memory modules at affordable prices targeted for the computer integrators, memory resellers, and service depots. An advanced PC software is available for interfacing to a PC. The SP3000-DDR tester can also be interface to CST ‘s RoboFlex handler for mass volume testing.
