Kingston's HyperX 1375MHz and ValueRAM 1066MHz DDR3 SDRAM modules comes to the market. DDR3 with a lower overall power consumption will not show a brilliant performance.
DDR3 technology is expected to be twice as fast as today's highest speed DDR2 memory and the greater bandwidth promised by DDR3 is a perfect match for systems using dual and quad core processors.
The lower voltage of DDR3 (HyperX 1.7v versus 1.8v with DDR2 and ValueRAM 1.5v versus 1.8v with DDR2) provides a more efficient thermal solution for today's desktop and future mobile and server platforms.
The DDR3 modules are shipping in 512MB and 1GB capacities as well as 1- and 2GB memory kits. Kingston memory comes with a lifetime warranty and 24/7 technical support.
