SanDisk said it has settled the patent litigation against Ritek by signing a royalty-bearing cross-license agreement with the Taiwanese manufacturer, according to Reuters.
With the agreement in place, Ritek became the first Taiwanese manufacturer of flash cards, USB flash drives and storage systems that is licensed by SanDisk, said the companies.
Terms of the license settlement and royalty agreement were not disclosed.
