Qimonda has announced the introduction of a new DDR3 SO-DIMM-1066.

The new memory modules will be available in 1GB and 2GB densities from August.

The new DDR3 modules are part of Aeneon's retail DRAM solution portfolio tailored for the new Intel Centrino 2 platform, the company said.
