Nanya Technologies has reported revenues of NT$11.5 billion (US$348 million) for the third quarter of this year, up 21% from the previous quarter but down 14% on year. The DRAM maker had gross margins of negative 38%, similar to the negative 36% gross margins it reported in the second quarter.

The company reported net losses of NT$8.77 billion for the third quarter and its losses for the year have reached NT$24.85 billion through three quarters.
