Lex Computech's  R&D team has introduced the brand new embedded motherboard £º3I270C series. A high-performance and power-efficient communication platform, the embedded motherboard 3I270C is especially designed for advanced embedded car PC or POS system applications where the economical use of power is in high demand. 

The 3I270C adopts the latest Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz processor and the Intel 945GSE chipset on a small 3.5" board, which is the perfect size fit into tight spaces. It supports up to 2 GB of single channel DDR2 SDRAM on SODIMM as well as NAND flash memory. The platform reserves spaces for two-channel SATA HDD and one Compact Flash slot for storing or upgrade OS and other communication applications. 

By leveraging the expansion capability, 3I270C are easily expanded using two PCIe mini cards, which support both PCIe and USB interface, and a Mini PCI socket. With components that can withstand a wide range of temperatures, 3I270C can operate in freezing environment.
