VIA Technologies has posted revenues of NT$412 million (US$12.6 million) for July 2009, representing decreases of 0.73% sequentially and 32.57% on year.

Combined revenues for the first seven months in 2009 reached NT$2.85 billion, a drop of 44.6% on year.

VIA's GMB Alliance has not made a solid contribution to its profit performance, according to industry sources.

The company said it is unable to forecast order volumes for August and September, but it expects to see better performance in the second half of the year compared to the first, as the GMB supply chain will be more complete.
