Memory module maker Apacer Technology will be allowed to list on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) after closing its NT$1.095 billion (US$36 million) initial public offering (IPO), according to an announcement made by Taiwan's Securities and Futures Bureau (SFB) of the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC).
Apacer is expected to list on the TSE by the end of first-quarter 2011.
Apacer is striving to diversify its product mix. The company was quoted in previous reports saying sales of its "value-added" products, including industrial-control and embedded memory devices, have contributed 30% to its total revenues.
For the first three quarters of 2010, Apacer has posted consolidated revenues of NT$10.47 billion with a net EPS of NT$2.62. Its major shareholders include Powerchip Technology, Adata Technology and Silicon Storage Technology (SST).
