Nanya Technology saw revenues increase 18.7% sequentially to NT$4.44 billion (US$155 million) in April 2011 while Inotera Memories' slid 11.8% on month to NT$3.2 billion.
On an annual basis, Nanya and Inotera had drops of 15% and 24.9%, respectively, compared to April 2010.
Nanya's cumulative 2011 revenues through April amounted to NT$15.17 billion, down 21.6% on year.
Inotera accumulated NT$12.79 billion in revenues from January through April, slipping 19% from the same period of 2010.
Nanya and Inotera are Taiwan's major DRAM makers, making chips using Micron Technology's process designs
