Samsung Electronics have unveiled the first Windows Phone (Mango) smartphones, the Omnia this week.
Samsung's Omnia W features a 1.4GHz processor, 3.7-inch Super AMOLED touch screen and 5-megapixel camera and built-in 8GB memory.
The device will be available in Italy in late October initially before distributing to other markets in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America, the sources noted.
