Details of a pre-release BlackBerry OS 10 have emerged on the web with CrackBerry claiming that it has managed to get its hands on an internal RIM document that was supposedly made by an external ad agency partner of RIM.

The 14 page document is a BlackBerry 10 briefing document that provides background information on the latest BlackBerry 10 along with tips for partner on how to position the OS for advertisements.

BlackBerry 10 smartphones may be quite a few months away but, the document is evidence that RIM has already started planning its marketing strategies. The document not only contains written statements but also have few images that give an idea regarding the overall look and features of the BlackBerry 10 Operating System. The images shows updated icon tray featuring latest artwork as well as icons which are superior in quality as compared to BlackBerry 7.

One of the differentiating factors between the BlackBerry OS 10 and its predecessors is the likely inclusion of widgets. If included, widgets would bring OS 10 at par with iPhone, Android and Windows Phone and may help it garner more users from its lost user base.
