Asustek Computer will launch several new machines including the dual-screen Taichi, which is set to sell in November at US$1,299-1,599, and three new tablets with a 10.1-inch Windows 8-based model priced at US$499.
Asustek also unveiled its new touchscreen notebooks series, VivoBook, at the show with three different models, an 11.6-inch model priced at US$499 and a 14-inch and a 15.6-inch model priced between US$599-849.
The three new tablets are VivoTab RT, featuring Windows RT and Nvidia Tegra processor, and priced at NT$21,999 (US$751) for a 32GB and Wi-Fi only model; 10.1-inch VivoTab Smart and 11.6-inch VivoTab, both featuring Windows 8 and dual-core Atom Z2760 processors.
Asustek will also offers a protective case that can be used as a stand, and a keyboard for the VivoTab Smart priced at US$99.
