Wistron shipped nearly 2.3 million notebooks in September 2013, increasing about 15% on month, according to the company.

Wistron shipped nearly 5.95 million notebooks in the third quarter of 2013, close to its earlier forecast of 5.9 million units, the company indicated.

Wistron on October 8 reported consolidated revenues of NT$58.583 billion (US$1.96 billion) for September, increasing 10.91% on month and 0.28% on year. The company saw consolidated revenues of NT$160.023 billion for the third quarter, down 1.65% on quarter, and NT$480.993 billion for January-September, down 1.66% on year.
