Micron Technology Inc.MU -2.57%, a Boise, Idaho, semiconductor company, named Ernie Maddock chief financial officer, effective June 1. Mr. Maddock has been CFO at Riverbed Technology Inc. Micron Technology in March named Mark Adams interim CFO and Mark Heil interim principal financial officer, according to a regulatory filing. The company in November said Ronald Foster would retire from the CFO role, according to a news release. Mr. Foster received compensation valued at $4.3 million including a salary of $582,654 in the company’s 2014 fiscal year, according to a proxy filing.

Pall Corp.PLL +0.05%, a Port Washington, N.Y., filtration, separation and purification technologies company, named R. Brent Jones interim CFO and principal financial officer, according to a regulatory filing. Mr. Jones is a senior vice president of corporate development and treasurer at the company. Angelina Rouse became interim principal financial officer in February, following Akhil Johri’s resignation from the CFO role in December, according to a quarterly report. Mr. Jones will receive base compensation of $450,000 per year and restricted stock valued at $750,000, vesting in three years, subject to conditions.

True Value Co., a closely-held Chicago-based wholesale hardware company, named Deborah O’Connor CFO. Ms. O’Connor held different roles at OfficeMax Inc. and was senior vice president of integration during its merger with Office Depot Inc.ODP +1.09%, which was completed in 2013. She will succeed David Shadduck.
