Macronix International Co. Ltd. (Hsinchu, Taiwan) has launched AEC-Q100 compliant NAND flash memories with capacities of 1Gbit to 16Gbit at the Electronica show.
The NAND flash is implemented in a 36nm manufacturing process with a single-bit per cell for reliability achieving 10^5 program/erase cycles and 10 year data retention.
Macronix NAND Flash family supports both SPI and parallel interfaces, with operation temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, offering significantly improved reliability compared to the conventional +85°C chip specification available in the market.
Macronix’s NAND Flash offers both 1.8V and 3V power supply solutions.
