Acer launched the TravelMate C100 - the first convertible Tablet PC coincides with the release of Microsoft's Windows XP Tablet PC Edition operating system.
The TravelMate C100 is an ultra-portable notebook PC that can be easily converted into tablet mode, and provides the choice to input data by typing, writing or speech. Its design takes into full consideration of people's most natural and practical computing needs. Weighing at 1.4kg (~3.08lb) only, the TravelMate C100 is the lightest convertible PC to date.
