The value of 256Mb DDR DRAMs swung up to near the US$3-level on March 3.
According to DRAMeXchange.COM, an online memory chip brokerage, the value of 256Mb DDR DRAMs swung up to US$2.98 per chip.
Meanwhile, prices of 256Mb Rambus DRAMs dipped by 0.96% from the previous session to US$2.38-2.60 per unit, DRAMeXchange.COM noted.
