DDR DRAM prices were up on May 6, whereas the value of SDRAM products remained unchanged.
According to DRAM Exchange, an online memory chip brokerage, said that the value of 256Mb DDR DRAMs (32M x 8 333 MHz) swung up by 1.49% to trade at US$3.20 to 3.70 per unit, while the value of 256Mb DDR DRAMs (16M x 16 266 MHz) jumped by 1.49% to stand at US$3.10 to 3.60 per chip.
Meanwhile, the value of 256Mb SDRAMs (32M x 8 113 MHz) stood at US$3.35 to 3.80 per chip, down by 0.28% from the previous session, while the value of 128Mbt (16M x 8 113 MHz) SDRAMs remained unchanged at US$3.30 to 3.70 per chip.
