SuperMicro has introduced a motherboard using Intel Corp.'s newest 875P chipset running with Pentium 4 3.06GHz processor, 800MHz front side bus and DDR400 memory, as well as three legacy ISA slots.
The P4SCA main board offers the latest Intel processor infrastructure, including two serial ATA ports, Intel Gigabit LAN, ATI Technologies Rage XL 8Mbyte PCI video controller, and the Intel HyperThreading 3.06GHz Pentium 4 processor.
A SuperMicro spokesman said the motherboard also includes the three ISA slots to allow users to have an easy seamless upgrade from existing legacy peripherals. He said the motherboard is priced at less than $300 each.
