Microsoft showcased cell phones equipped with Windows Mobile, the software platform designed for cell phones, at an event called "MobileFocus/DigitalFocus" held in a hotel near the exhibition hall where COMDEX Las Vegas 2003 was held.

SCH-i600 | An example of those phones is the "SCH-i600" manufactured by Samsung Electronics Co, Ltd of Korea. This is the same product the US major carrier Verizon Wireless Inc launched on Nov 10, 2003. Incorporated into this handset are the personal information manager "Pocket Outlook," the Web browser "Pocket Internet Explorer," and the music/video replay software "Microsoft Windows Media Player."
Among other exhibitors on the same floor are US AT&T Wireless Inc, which presented Motorola Inc's "MPx200" that AT&T Wireless has been selling October 2003, as well as mobile network operator in Europe Orange, which showed the "SPV E200" with a built-in camera. Orange plans to start marketing the SPV E200
