Time Warner has held talks in recent months with Microsoft about selling its America Online unit, according to a published report.
Time Warner lawyers have begun studying potential antitrust issues stemming from a possible Microsoft acquisition of AOL, and so far they have found few roadblocks to a deal, the New York Post reported Friday citing sources familier with the matters.
