DPAC Technologies sold its industrial, defense and aerospace product line to Twilight Technology Inc. of Brea, California, for in excess of $1 million in cash payable over the next two years.
The component packaging company in Garden Grove said it has made the move to concentrate its future efforts on wireless connectivity subsystems. The product line represented approximately 14 percent of DPAC's revenues in fiscal year 2004, the company said.
