Samsung Electronics announced a cell phone with a HDD inside, the SPH-V5400, at the ITU Telecom Asia 2004 conference held Sept 6-11 at Pusan, Korea.

Samsung just said the adopted HDD is an ultra-small product with a 1.5GB capacity, and declined to reveal details such as the supplier and dimensions.
The SPH-V5400 also has a 2.2-inch QVGA LCD panel, a camera with a 1M-pixel imager, an MP3 player, a 3D speaker and a Korean-English/English-Korean electronic dictionary.
