The top-four Taiwan motherboard makers, shipped a combined total of 8.44 million motherboards in September, up 19.7% from 7.05 million units in August, according to a new sources in Taiwan.
The growth was higher than the market expectation of 15-17%, said the sources.
MSI had the highest sequential growth rate among the makers at 42.9% for September, followed by ECS at 21.6%, Asustek at 14.7% and Gigabyte at 12.0%.
