Santa Clara, Calif.-based Nvidia Corp. Thursday reported revenues of $515.6 million for its fiscal Q3 2005 ended Oct. 24, a modest 6.1 percent higher than $486.1 million in fiscal Q3 2004.
However, net income skyrocketed 304.7 percent to $25.9 million, compared to $6.4 million in the same quarter last year, thanks to the success of its GeForce 6 architecture, the company said.

"Our improving financial performance reflects the success of the GeForce 6 architecture and our strategy to re-capture the technology leadership position. We are ramping the GeForce 6 family aggressively and intend to quickly drive our award-winning architecture into every segment and market we serve.”
