Hewlett-Packard expects workforce reductions in the first half of 2005 to cost about $200 million, wiping off about 4 cents per share, the company said.
The world second largest PC maker released these figures in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission following a review of the size of its workforce, which is part of its ongoing cost-structure management.
