Saifun Semiconductors Ltd. has entered a technology licensing agreement with Japan's Sony Corp, a news source said.
Saifun of Israel will provide Sony with its NROM technology for embedded nonvolatile memory applications including computers and peripherals, consumer appliances, communications devices and infrastructure.
