Rambus CEO, Goeff Tate, has stepped down from his post and take on the role of chairman, replacing bill Davidow, the company said Tuesday.
Effective immediately, Harold Hughes, a board member of Rambus, will assume the position of chief executive at the company. Hughes brings over 30 years of industry experience to Rambus. He was most recently the chairman and CEO of Pandesic LLC, an Intel and SAP joint venture.
