Silicon Storage Technology (SST) plans to license its 0.25-micron SuperFlash technology and also provide funding to Nanotech, a foundry startup based in Changzhou, China, sources familiar with the matter said.

Aside from producing NOR flash, Nanotech will also develop programmable logic devices and embedded flash memory using SST¡¦s SuperFlash technology, according to the source.
