Strong demand for mobile phones will continue into next year, Nokia's Chief Executive Jorma Ollila said.
"We are surely benefiting from market growth that is pretty healthy," the head of the world's largest mobile phone group said in an interview with the Financial Times.
"A lot of evidence we have seen in the last two months clearly leads us to believe that they seem to be heading to the direction where they are kicking on all cylinders," said Merrill Lynch analyst Sandeep Malhotra.
Last month, Nokia raised its third-quarter sales and profit forecasts, citing unexpectedly large sales as well as cost controls and one-off gains.
