In DRAM spot market today, most OEMs were ready for inventory checking at the end of the year, market demands were sluggish, and the overall price remained stable. Prices of mainstream chips 256Mb(32M*8)400MHz/333MHz/266MHz remained at USD2.109/USD2.25 and USD2.072 respectively. For UTT(ETT), some buyers were aggressive in search of low price ships, however, the price remained at USD2.006, with limited transactions.
For NAND Flash market, the market demand was weak, thus, most vendors kept dropping the price, however, buyers were still waiting for lower prices. Prices of mainstream chips 1Gb/2Gb/4Gb/8Gb and 16Gb were adjusted to USD7.56/USD15.14/USD25.08/USD42.86 and USD71.2, 4Gb descended 3.28% noticeable.
