Tower Semiconductor Ltd. said it expects revenue for its Q4 ended December 31, 2005 to be approximately $31 million, an increase of approximately 50 percent sequentially over Q3.

For the full year, revenues are expected to be approximately $102 million, the company said. Tower noted that these results are based on preliminary data for Q4 and are subject to adjustments following a completion of the audit of the company’s financial statements.
