Chinese foundry Grace Semiconductor Manufacturing Corp. has decided to delay a planned initial public offering until 2007, according to a report.
According to the report, the company is delaying the IPO because it is not yet profitable. The report quoted Zou Shichang, Grace chairman, as saying that the company's capital investment is too high.
The report said this marks the third time Grace has decided to delay its IPO.
