6. Fail Output Slide RoboFlex II adds a new output slide on the left end of the handler for FAILED Module. PASS modules are stacked out from the right end side of the handler. The differentiated sorting ensure 100% sort integrity.

Module inserts right into Tester Test Socket With the memory tester docked directly at handler rear end, the unique "Pusher System" operates to push the module under test directly into the tester test socket. There is no need for expensive Kelvin contactors any more thus huge savings for all our customers.

5. Fail Output Slide RoboFlex adds a new output slide on the left end of the handler for FAIL Modules. PASS modules slides out from the right end side of the handler. The differentiated slides ensure 100% sort integrity.
