Samsung decided to start the mass production of the 10-nano level 16Gb LPDDR4X DRAM. Compared with the previous 20-nano level 8Gb LPDDR4 DRAM automotive chips, the new product can operate with no issues from minus 40 degrees to plus 125 degrees Celsius.
