Fujitsu sued Nanya for DRAM infringement 8/23/2005
The suit, filed in Tokyo District Court, alleges that DRAMs manufactured by Nanya infringe certain Fujitsu DRAM patents. Fujitsu seeks a court order against future importation and sales of infringing DRAM products, and compensation for past infringement.
