Samsung license Rambus Yellowstone memory interface |

Some industry analysts believe Samsung is aiming to develop a new memory chip using the Yellowstone interface for the next generation Sony game console. Sony itself has licensed Yellowstone from Rambus. Toshiba Corp. and Elpida memory Inc. are also Yellowstone licensees.
